PSA Essentials Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to the PSA Essentials Blog Hop!  You should have arrived here for the PSA Stamp Camp Blog.    I have a really fun project to share with you today.
I gathered all my supplies to make some fun carrot sour cream containers for Easter this year.  You will need some Orange pattern paper, green cardstock, scissors, adhesive, circle and scallop punches or dies, a paper crimper for texture, candy and your Peel and stick stamps!  I used the Topiary Peel and stick pack.

Cut your pattern paper to a 4 1/2 x 51/2 rectangle and then apply adhesive to the back side as shown.  You then want to roll your paper to make a tube and adhere the 4 1/2" side with adhesive to the side without adhesive.  You will then want to close one end of the tube by pinching both sides together.  Now is when you want to fill your container with candy.  After you have added your candy you will want to seal the other end of your tube but you will want to pinch it closed in the opposite direction.  After you have both sides closed you can use the paper crimper on both ends.  I trimmed the top edges of mine to make it look more like a carrot but you don't have to do that step if you don't want.  Next you will want to get out your peel and stick stamps and stamp out Happy Easter or whatever image you want to use for your containers and then punch them out with your circle punch or die.  I backed my circle with a brown pinked circle.  I then cut some green cardstock to make the top of the carrot and adhered it to the container behind my stamped circle.  These are pretty easy to make and can be altered to fit any occasion you need.

Now your next stop on the Hop is Shelly.  After you have hopped through all the blogs make sure you go enter the giveaway on the PSA Stamp Camp Blog, it is a great one! One winner will win the grand prize giveaway of 1 custom stamp, 3 Peel & Stick stamp sets, 2 note cards, 1 alignment tool, 1 black ink, 1 2-color ink, and free shipping to the winner.   Value of the package is $150!  How awesome is that!

Thanks for stopping by today.
